NINETIES boy band The Backstreet Boys made a comeback last week with a short performance at the Victoria Racing Club's Beautiful Girls Fashion Lunch.
The event launched the Autumn Racing Carnival and showcased the latest range of autumn and winter fashions.
While the Backstreet Boys were on stage for only a short time, the packed Atrium Room at Flemington turned back the clock to remember their teeny bopper days, bouncing along with
a number of the band's top singles.
■This Saturday, a Family Day at Flemington will mark the end of the summer series of racing.
The event will offer free admission for children 15 and under. Parents and children will also be able to get up close and personal with former champions and Melbourne Cup-winning horses Might and Power and Rogan Josh, who will make the trip from their 'retirement home' at Living Legends to join the family day.
